Check List
- 일반 스마트톡을 사용할 때 실리콘 케이스나 접착력이 약해지는 케이스는 부착이 어려울 수 있습니다. 스마트톡용 필름을 부착한 후 사용하시거나, 하드케이스에 부착하여 사용해 주세요.
- 불량 무상 A/S는 택배 도착일 기준 24시간 이내 사진과 함께 접수 가능하며, 뒷면 접착 테이프를 제거한 경우에는 교환/환불이 불가합니다.
- 압력이나 마찰로 인해 스마트톡이 분리되거나 찢어질 수 있으며, 이는 제품 특성상 불량이 아닙니다.
- 특수 코팅된 젤리 케이스나 실리콘 케이스의 경우, 반드시 보조 필름을 부착한 뒤 사용해 주세요.
- 체로프 컬러 로고 케이스는 일반 하드케이스로 제작되었습니다. 맥세이프 전용 핸드폰 케이스가 아니므로 맥세이프 몽모톡 사용 시 맥세이프 전용 마그네틱 링 스티커를 함께 부착해 주세요.
- 맥세이프 자력이 강하므로 수직으로 분리 시 파손 위험이 있습니다. 사용 시 반드시 양옆으로 밀어서 분리해 주세요.
